Cochise Deputy and Wife Charged with Embezzlement, Plead Not Guily

Cochise County Sheriff’s Deputy, Victor Lopez and his wife, Angelina Michelle Lopez,  have been charged with embezzling nearly a million dollars from Sierra Vista Internal Medicine, her former employer.

UPDATE: Victor Manuel Lopez, 34, has pleaded not guilty to embezzlement charges during a hearing in February, 2011. He was charged with conspiracy, fraudulent schemes and artifices and three counts of theft that took place between Aug. 1, 2005, and Dec. 31, 2009.
