Bisbee Plastic Bag Ban Repeal is Tossed from the Ballot

The effort to repeal the Bisbee Plastic Bag Ban was found to have technical errors, and will not be on the ballot. Susan Blackford and her petition gatherers had collected 675 signatures for the repeal to be on the November ballot.
